In Europe: GAMMAFLUXは、NPE 2000において、9500シリーズとGLC 2Kホットランナー温度制御装置に対する機能?強化製品を発表?
Sterling, VA (June 19, 2000) . . . Gammaflux L.P. will introduce software enhancements to both its 9500 Series and GLC 2k hot runner temperature control systems at NPE 2000 in Chicago, June 19-23.
New Mercury Software Provides 9500 Series Control System With Faster Operator Interaction, Increased Options for Molders In addition to the speed of the Mercury software, it is also customer configurable. Custom configurations allow the customer to remove unwanted controller features and/or add additional features. In addition, the new software provides the user with improved graphing capabilities showing the last 100 samples of the hot runner/mold history. This allows easier troubleshooting of problem heater zones.
Used throughout the injection molding industry on virtually all types of applications, the 9500 Series has become standard equipment in many of the industry's leading molding facilities because of its superior temperature control and report-generating capability.
GLC 2k Control System Now Available With Current Display
The Gammaflux GLC 2K hot runner temperature controller, introduced by Gammaflux in 1998, is the company's economically-priced, yet high-performance system designed for the global plastics industry. It's modular packaging and icons on the operator interface are specifically designed for ease of use and flexibility worldwide. The GLC 2k is available as a single-tier unit for up to 12 zones of control, or as a multi-tier unit for up to 36 zones of control. It is available for fast delivery, but unlike many other "off-the-shelf" type systems in the industry, it can be customized to meet each molder's unique requirements. Based in Sterling, Va. U.S.A., Gammaflux L.P. is a leading supplier of hot runner temperature control systems to the plastics injection molding industry. Long known for innovation in control technology, Gammaflux developed the first products to anticipate temperature changes, sense wiring and heater problems, and react instantly to avoid serious mold damage. Combining digital capabilities with precision analog control, Gammaflux systems enable the user to achieve centralized command of molding systems and retrieve critical data for performance analysis. The company serves the automotive, medical, packaging, electronics, household products, and tool building markets.
