Molders of large, complex or difficult to fill parts often use Sequential Valve Gate hot runner systems. These systems use either pneumatic or hydraulic valve gates. Using a Gammaflux Sequential Valve Gate Controller, the molder has the ability to selectively open or close each valve gate individually to precisely control gating and the material flow front.

Using sequential valve gating to fill a mold cavity has the following benefits:
